Everything accumulates into something over time. When we think about something, it is something that is the result of accumulation. One habit you repeat regularly started somewhere you felt comfortable and you got into a trap unknowingly.

The habit you don’t get off your bed at the first buzz of an alarm clock started somewhere and it's repeating itself. The habit you started postponing and procrastinating started someday you procrastinated for the first time. You felt comfortable and it started there. This lazy brain wants to avoid things that we know are not good but feels peace at the moment.


Knowing answer to the question you’ve been stuck is liberating

Life is different for everyone. Someone experience massive joy, someone experience massive failure, someone might be happy while someone might be sad. Whatever you feel doesn’t last forever. It's a good thing depending on the person. A happy person might want his happy moment to last forever and a sad one might want to end it soon.

We are stuck in this life, this moment whatever we feel. We all get stuck in something at some point. Feeling trapped and seeing no further path. It feels like it's the end…
