Getting upset and low, getting depressed is a common disorder. Its symptom can range from mild to serve. They can be one-time episode headache or chronic because of traumatic life events like illness and death or family member, relationships ending, financial difficulties, etc. Commonly depression has the following symptoms:
- insomnia or need for more sleep
- lack of appetite
- increase in weight gain or weight loss
- lack of energy and fatigue
- trouble concentrating
- feeling angry most of the time
You should not remain alone but try to reach someone to talk about it. There are numbers of ways to stay motivated.
Wake up early
Waking up early really helps. It is a good first victory of the day. And thinking about positive thoughts can add blessings too.
Exercise or walk
Exercise can help you to stay motivated. If you can’t exercise walking in fine. Walking can help you to clear your mind.
Working for small accomplishments can help you to get motivated and feel good. Try to get small tasks and complete them and congratulate yourself.
One of the most important ways to lose your negativity is to avoid negativity. Everytime negative or bad thinking comes up in mind try to think of positive. Find positivity in negativity.
Be social to be helpful. Helping someone with something can cheer up your mood and get better mental health overall.
Getting a nap can help to freshen up when you get tired physically. Aim for about 8 hours a day.
